Coaching Staff

The Victoria Mariners’ coaching staff bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to their respective teams. All coaches have played at either professional or college level. Their focus is on developing the best baseball players they can, as well as building successful and responsible young citizens.

The Victoria Mariners Baseball Club prides itself on recruiting Mariners Alumni to coach within the organization.  Returning players know the philosophy of the club as they have experienced it first hand.  With that, they bring back a wealth of skill and knowledge from their college baseball experience.  Simply said, our players return because they love the game, and they have a strong desire to give back to the organization.
